Ron Massoth – SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Mr. Massoth is one of our Senior Estimators responsible for bid preparations, project take-offs, pricing and write-ups. He works closely with the estimating team and Chief Estimator to address project schedules, change orders and technical issues. Major responsibilities include preparation of the bid schedule, reviews of projects to bid and estimates with staff members, job-walks and producing timely consistent and accurate estimates that align with our clients expectations and scope of work. Mr. Massoth maintains positive relationships with contractors, architects, suppliers and city, county and state agencies. His duties also include pricing special project, design-build and design-assist contracts to ensure quality in our projects from preconstruction to close-out.
His career includes over 30 years of Electrical Estimating of Schools, Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, Laboratories, Universities, Civil, Public and Private sector projects.
